Refund Policy

Because each NEPUS item is made to order, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the product arrives damaged or with a printing error caused by us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives defective, misprinted, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement or provide a refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds (if applicable)

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for processing.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Incorrect sizing due to customer error (please check our size chart!)

  • Change of mind or preferences

  • Items marked “final sale”
